Body Consciousness class is part of a three part workshop " Mindful State of Being " it is intended to help beings of all ages, at any fitness level become more conscious of the Physical Body & Mind Relationship. Incorporating Feldenkrais Technique into workouts we focus the act of uses gentle movement and directed attention to improve movement and enhance human functioning. Understanding the how the body moves in the fitness environment can lead to great results and understanding. Through this Method, you can increase your ease and range of motion, improve your flexibility and coordination, and rediscover your innate capacity for graceful, efficient movement. These improvements will often generalize to enhance functioning in other aspects of your life.
